Slight pop under hood and motor shakes

I have a 2011 Dodge 5.7 hemi   During
drivind and accerlation I can hear wgat
sounds like a vaccum pop and then a
clatter only for a few seconds. Once I
realized it I waited until the pop and clatter
started and hit my tow/haul button   Noise
immediately stopped    Now check engine
light comes on showing cylinder 1 misfire  i
changed coil and plugs but yet gives me
code again    Have no clue what main
problem is thats causing other problem
