2013 ram ac blowing intermitnly

2013 ram ac was blowing off and on. I
changed blower motor but still doing the
same thing. It works when it wants to. If i pull
the relay and then put it back in the fuse
block , then the blower will come on. But no
telling if it will work for minutes or hours. Or
days. Very frustrating .
