Any ideas on the code P006F Turbo boost control 2016 Ram 2500/ 6.7

Have a 2016 Ram 2500 with the Cummings 6.7.  I have the code P006F when
I tow. This has been going on for some time now. The dealer has replaced the
engine wiring harness did not solve the problem. Next they replaced the turbo
actuator same results. Then they replaced the engine control module with the
same result. The light still comes on only when I tow.   The dealer has been
great but they also deal with Ram.  They are working with Ram engineers but
they have never heard of this light coming on only white towing. New engine?
Thanks for any thoughts or ideas.

I know you have a warranty but you could ask around at diesel specialist shops.
