My 2500 Dodge Ram diesel 4x4 air-conditioning just quit. The compressor clutch won't engage. Any ideas?

We took it to our local guy and it said the pressure switch is bad and then he says a wire is broken somewhere and
they have to track it down.

you could have a few problems. go to walmart and buy a can of R134A from the automotive section it should come with a charging hose and every thing. put that can in there with your AC running on max. If the compressor kicks on is because it had no freon on the system meaning you have a leak some where....
