2001 Dodge van 1500 wont start

I've always had a problem starting the van (bought it a month ago) when turning the key it
either starts or makes a "click" noise. Now it wont start at all, just that "click" my brother
thinks its the ground. Any suggestions?

first hammer on the starter motor to shake down worn brushes, if no start try a jump from another battery, with jump cable to engine ground to prove the old one is as he says.
Neither did anything, the van just makes that "click" sound when I turn the key, could that be the starter, or maybe the solenoid and wheres the solenoid located?

Take your battery to auto zone or etc. And have them put it on a load test. Chances are it will fail. The clicking sound is a dead giveaway . Not enough amps to turn the motor over.
