I have a 2002 DTS Drove it home, parked to problem. Next door there was no power, no locks windows lights, nothing. Battery checked, it is fine

From the limited info I am gathering it appears as a blown fuse. There are a few spots of the fuses, but I believe the one you should be searching for should be under the engine hood (as opposed to the trunk one). Possibly a mini 20 amp fuse is dead. Search them all. Pull out one by one and look and see if any have a burn with a missing section in the metal loop. Replace and you should be good again.

Thinking it may possibly be a relay. as nothing is working. Will try this. Thanks
