Can i make it the electric switching last longer ?

What year Escape do you have? The newer ones ('11 and '12) can go much faster speeds in electric mode than the older models ('10 and before). In general the way I stay in electric mode for longer is to go very easy on the throttle. If you're going up hill or accelrating (even a moderate acceleration),the gas engine will kick on. I get my best electric mode driving when on level straightaways, then putting on cruise control at about 1km/h under what I know is the car's limit before turning on the gas. Good luck!

Thank you Chris.. i will get your advice.. i really would like to find some one who knows how to make the change inside the software computer.. my is a 2006 2.4 Now is given me 41-43 km/gallon on gas... but it should be a little more, it is just because its runs more in gas than electric.... I will keeping looking.. Regards H.
