my ABS and ESC lights are on and the brakes are "catching" but I have new brake pads

It could be a bad steering sensor or a faulty brake light switch. Have codes read to make sure. Autozone will do free readouts....or they used to....

My esc light is on but not my abs and the center cap is off on my back tire
