Weird noise battery light is on car keeps turning off

Start my car it makes a weird noise get it running
battery light comes on and my car stalls starts it
up again and it makes that weird noise and won't
start. My car is a 2015 Dodge dart

Locked up alternator? Dying battery? Recharge the battery, remove the serpentine belt and see if it will start without the making the noise. If it does t shut it off and find out what is locked up.
