the PCV (positive crankcase ventillation) valve is cheap and would cause this~....for a start~ the TPS (throttle position sensor) is a trouble item there IS an idle air control valve too---look and see if this one is garbaged up~....for a start~

Is there a Iac on a 2009? These are common for a vac leak.ck with local Ford dealer might be a TSB or a recall on cleaning throttle body and reprogramming pcm.hope this helps.
