Would an Audi Q7 be more expensive to maintain than my Lexus GS 300?

I know this is a fairly vague question. I'm used to the maintenance of a Lexus, which is obviously more expensive than the average car. But would an Audi Q7 be relatively the same? Or should I expect it to be even more expensive to maintain?
