where is the fuse for the climate control

the a/c and fan has stopped working - the battery was run down, after it was jump started the air would not come back on, including the heater, defroster, etc.

.I've never seen or heard of a fuse that controls climate control , call or stop in to a Dodge agency to ask what might be wrong ..
