Can not locate fuse for tail lights or panel lights

Did you try the panel on the drivers side of the dash? But maybe it is a fuse that is tied in to another function. I had a 1996 Grand Am GT and the tail lights and dash lights kept blowing a fuse. I took it to a shop a couple of days and several fuses later and it turned out that it was caused by a short. The wire for the horn had grounded to the "frame" and kept blowing that fuse. But anywho I don't know if that is any help to you. Good luck?
