timing issue mean with a hyundai tucson

had diagnostic done on my 2007 Hyundai Tucson  and it is saying I have a timing issue
what exactly does that mean .. and what needs to be fixed ?

my car said timing issue, found out it was a bad coil the coil would get hot and miss fire or 2 plug wires in wrong place. 50,000 / 65,000 miles on car it may need timing belt
