2010 Subaru Impreza hydraulic clutch reservoir is empty(very low). Does this indicate clutch life expectancy or is there a leak in my system

You have a leak in the hydraulics. It may be small so top it off and keep an eye on it. If it keeps leaking you probably need to replace the slave.
