No. You need a 2 valve engine (up to 2003) but also made at the same factory as your current engine. There were two Triton versions that have differences. A 98 engine would be best.

So a 2001 motor will work without having to swap out the computer system

And mine is a 4×4 and the other truck is 2 wheel drive will that be a problem
