Question type: General

I am currently in Illinois and the car I want to purchase is in Ohio, will the
registration and title be done by the seller after purchasing the car? Or will the
platform complete it?

If you're financing the vehicle the Dealer should handle the title with the finance company. If you're paying cash you have to do the title and registration at your local Motor Vehicle Agency. I believe in both cases you have to do the registration but check with your local Motor Vehicle Agency. When I bought my 94 Fleetwood in North Carolina (I live in New Jersey), I paid cash and got the North Carolina title and a temporary registration to drive the car home. I then went to my local Motor Vehicle Agency to clear the title and get my new registration and license plates. Hope that helps! Jim
