You didn’t state year make or model but it sounds like a BCM failure.
Yep still sounds like a BCM failure. Has the vehicle experienced any voltage problems very recently? You may need the dealer to do a flash on the vehicles computer if it isn’t too late. If it is then the BCM will need repalced and flashed to match the vehicles vin.
Sounds like a bad BCM (Body Control Module. Hope that helps! Jim
