How much weight can the roof rack of a 2018 chevy equinox hold?

Ive opened my manual an it says 220lb is that the
max weight or could i have more?

Remember, you will be adding weight to the top of the vehicle. Adding more than the recommended load will change the stability and ride of the entire car. This could make for an unsafe condition.
