Dashboard/Electrical system went out

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So 2.5 months ago I tried to start up my car to only find that
the entire dashboard won't turn on from the time, radio,
temperature, milage, speedometer, rpm, fuel, or even hear
the turn signals clicking/chirping noise. The turn signals do
work I found out previously when this happened in January.
I had gotten it into a shop to be told they would run a
diagnosis to not see an issue but reset the electrical
system, and that seemed to fix the problem. They charged
me for the diagnosis even though it didn't tell them of an
issue. Well, come today, my car does the same issue. I
called them, and they wanted to charge me once more for
Tha diagnosis when it was useless and only needed reset.
They never explained what happened or why. And the fact
it's happening again is baffling me, and I want to know what
the issue actually may be. Does anyone have any opinions?
I've had my car for roughly 3.75 years and never had any
issues in the first 3 years of driving it at all, but suddenly
after my warranty is gone my sway bar breaks, my tires
start to have issues and constantly being resealed (3 of
them now), and my dashboard goes out twice. I'm just
confused about what's happening, I'm around 112,000
miles, and I can’t quite check now to provide an exact
answer. Just to give. A rough number.
