08 G35 engine stalling and hesitation at low speeds

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey everyone. So I have a 2008 G35 sedan that stalls
on me when either reversing or going forward at low
speeds. It happens at about a little over 1000 rpm’s.
I’ve cleaned throttle bodies, MAFs, and also done idle
relearns, etc. Everywhere I see online people
recommend a reprogram for the ecu which is fine, but
I need to know if that is the right thing to do since
$750 for the reprogram is pretty pricey. If this has
happened to you can you help me out and lmk what
worked for you. Thank you
