What does certified mean

It means that you are supposed to be getting a vehicle than has been checked over and anything that was found was fixed. However, I have found that a lot of certified vehicles still has problems. So, they should provide you with the things that were found and fixed if you ask for it. Even then I would still take it to your favorite shop and have it checked.
