2004 buick lesabre after start up and the car idles red voltage battery light

changed battery and alternator still within minutes of idling at first start red
battery voltage and battery starts decreasig in voltage

Possible ECM problem, it's not turning on the charging system. it could be wiring but you need someone that knows how to test it correctly.
