Best vehicle for towing?

I need to tow a 6000 lb camper trailer 700 miles
away I have a 2016 ford 150 5.0
Is this tuck enough to do it or I need a 250 ?

This is right out of the spec book: 5.0L (V8): The 2016 F150's equipped with the 5.0l engines had a pretty high overall trailer weight rating that ranged from 6,800-11,100 pounds, one of the best engines for the 2016 models. So check the hitch and see what the actual hitch weight is allowed.
