Does a CO2 charged inter cooler make a difference in intake air temp. from the turbo?

I need to know if its is worth it to get a CO2 charged inter cooler  or just to stick with the straight up inter cooler

Yes CO2 is very cold if you install a injector on the outside of your intercooer to spray CO2 on the surface of the intercooler it will greatly decrease the air intake temp.
