For the lowest interest= lowest payment, first, put together as much as possible for a down payment then get a co-signer with good credit. On your own, it can be done but will have to work with dealer, find a place that carries their own paper (obscene interest, like 20%) Need a new car or want a new car?

Don't get sucked in by those high-APR "we finance here" used car lots. They'll promise you easy credit for no-credit or bad-credit borrowers, but kill you on exorbitant fees and rates. First make sure you have a good job, have a good down payment, and if needed a good co-signer and shop at a reputable car lot. Be forewarned it's hard to get an auto loan at a good rate with bad or little credit. (ps: hiya FN)
