1997 Toyota Avalon won't start

My Toyota Avalon will turn over fine but not fire.i
noticed in the last month or so it started to
stumble upon starting but cleared up
immediately.it was fine this morning and when I
went to start it this afternoon it won't fire.i checked
all the fuses and the seem to be fine

what do the plugs look like ? you can test the coil(s) and wires , or go out in the dark when it's running and spray water from a bottle on the wires and see if there's any arcing , if there is do an ignition upgrade

But any chance up to this point where you smelling any gasoline fumes while driving down the road or just idling? If so I would suspect it's most likely your fuel filter and not your pump. It's surprising usually with a shop replace is a pump they replace the filter anyway because it's easier to get at if they're already there for the pump.
