intake noise

I have a noise coming from inside my engine, it sounds like there are pieces of
metal flying around,when i am in high revs

Ever think about taking it to a mechanic? At least check the oil for metal bits.

Maybe detonation is what you are hearing. Knocking and pinging. Did you try using a higher octane fuel first?
