Can a foreigner buy car from Cargurus and Export it to overseas?

Hello ,
I am located in Poland in Europe, and want to buy the car in Cargurus and
export it to Poland.
First of all how to verify account if i am not based in USA.
Second of all, I cant go and check the car. Whats the possibility that it will be
fraud?
As wanting for export, i need only Title Bill of sale and Owner details, i have
contacted already to the Shipping company, who will clear the taxes at port
and ship it overseas. They also provide vehicle pick up. So Is it possible to
buy a car in CarGurus without beeing in USA?

Cargurus is listing ad site, so you will be buying a vehicle from a dealer or private seller that has listed their car for sale on this site. So all transactions will need to be done through them directly. It is no different than any other car ad site online.
