Can I make a 83 chevy c10 to a 84 chevy c10 interior wise as steering column and turn signal lever

I bought a 83 c10 and like the 84 c10 dashboard and turn signal lever with cruise control
and wind shield washer, could I change it by putting a new wire harness and a new
column like the 84?

Who can do a wiring harness job?

Most dealer,s,,and unless you know a good mechanic,that know,s how to do it,most of the hook up,s in the 83 harness will work,but i think the 84 may have a few more opitions, than the 83,shop around ,
