I have a 2005 chrysler 300c and sometimes I'll stop at a light or stop sign and when I give it has it does not react, it doesn't even rev, any ideas on what it could be ?

first have it scanned for codes. A hesitation could mean throttle position sensor, but it sounds like maybe a throttle control problem. That model may use a fly by wire system that doesn't use a direct linkage from the gas pedal to the throttle body. have it checked.
