One more thing. The car also seems
to jump a lot, like it can't shift into
the next gear at times.... At other
times it doesn't do it at all. When I
remove the cooling system pressure
cap I see antifreeze, or a yellow
liquid... Is this normal to see that
there? And also what could be
making this bubbling noise?

The bubbling noise could be coming from the a/c, but you are probably hearing fluid going to and from the recovery tank in your cooling system. If you don't know how to check it, you may want to take it somewhere and have it checked. having the proper coolant level is important.
