There are two possibilities, it was the "125 S" in 1947 but this was a race car, the first road car appeared in 1949 the "166 m"

Actually, the first Ferrari's were actually modified Alfa Romeo's back in the 30's. Scuderia Ferrari was founded in 1928. The first fully Ferrari Car was actually built in 1940, the Tipo 815. Production car wise, yes, 1947.

The Alfa's were not called Ferrari's, nor were wearing the badge. They did wear the famous SF-shield. The first car Enzo created under his own steam was the Auto Avio 815, but this also didn't wear the badge or name, due to contractual limitations after leaving Alfa Romeo.
