2007 Crown Vic Interceptor doesn't start

Hey everyone, i've got a 2007 crown vic interceptor, it'll crank on the key but it won't spark, the fuel pump comes on, but the fuel rails aren't allowing fuel through, and there's absolutely no spark to the plugs. I've tried a crank sensor, new computer, and a couple coils, does anyone know what to do with it? Thankyou for your time reading.

codes arent there, can't afford to have someone i don't know or trust just tear through it playing the same guessing game i'm playing
