What is bad on A/C on Crown Vic?

2008 Crown Vic.  Fan stopped working, no ac on
Max Air, can feel it on normal but not blowing.

Cooling fan or Blower motor? It could be a fuse. If there isn't enough refrigerant in the system then it can cause the A/C not to work. Also, it could be the climate control head. Blower motor could be bad or the resistor could be bad as well.
