I am also looking for a diagram for the brake lines.

not easy to come buy, your best best is to remove them and have them bent for you at a local machine shop, I would take photos and label them before removing.,.

We don't have the old brake lines. Do you know if it is true the same brake line set is used on 1992-2000 models?
