Try taking an inexpensive 12 volt test light, the one with a sharp pin on the end to slightly pierce the insulation material on the wire on insert it into the tail light connection plug. First turn on the lights and probe to see which color wire supplies power. Do the same for brake, turn, etc. Note the colors on a piece of paper.

Oopse, I misread. It seems you already have a trailor connection on your truck. After I read your question this morning I had to make a trip to AutoZone. As I walked down the isle I saw all kinds of adapters from various configurations to various configurations. I remember thinking; if the guy asking the question this morning already had a trailer connection on the back of his truck, all he'd have to do is purchase the adapter. Get to a local AutoZone. They have what you want.
