The X has an issue moisture in the TCM or a vacuum leak and you may want to check this before moving forward.TCM sits under the dash behind the fuse box. Anything else it will need to go to the dealer for repair......

If you don't have a vacuum leak then I am afraid you will need to take the car to the nearest Jaguar dealer. It is doubtful that any independent garage will have the necessary equipment to make the repair.
