can a dealer price the car under market value and refuse to honor the price

I found a car that is posted on your site 10,000 dollars below market value on
your site and on the dealers personal site has the same car listed for 7000
dollars higher do they have to honor the price they listed on your site  they
said on your site they lowered the price cause it has been on their lot too long

you can always threaten to call BBB for false advertising
