why does the #24 a/c fuse on my 94 lexus keep blowing?

it is most like ly the second cooling fan in front of the radiator that energizes when coolant temp gets close to 230 deg This fan is the last line of defense as far as overheating goes , Its relay controled to cut in when the system voltage of the car is taxed to the max (a/c clutch , blower fan , cooling fan #1 on radiator ,and a host of other parasitic power robbing devices that controls the controling controler controls to make your life while driving a little easyier .... when Batt voltage drops , fuses overload more quickly because they can't carry their rateds amps at less than 12 to 14 volts ... in an underhood environment to boot . 270 deg farenheight ...
