Green/black is ground, red is power, but maybe only a factory antenna will work. Some time ago, the power antenna on my ES300 started making that tat-tat-tat sound when going up or down. Uh oh, the toothed plastic belt (or whatever it's called) which moves the antenna was losing some teeth. I looked at replacement antennas, but said the heck with it. Got the antenna in the up position, pulled the trim panel inside the trunk, and unplugged it. Problem solved. What was your solution?
