why doesnt the radio work when it is cold outside?

Radio will not come on when it is cold outside, once the car has been wrmed up it turns on.

Dew is condensate on a ground wire and causing the radio to short out. Check all wires behind the unit. When it gets warm in there the dew evaporates and your radio starts to work agian
