Engine in 2005 es330 just replaced due to losing oil. Now will try n turn over but not fire. Techs who did engine work blame it on a breathalyzer installed in vehicle but have no clue how to fix it.

You will have to get in touch with the techs who installed the breathalyzer. It probably works like a burglar alarm. If it feels you are tampering with the car, it will immobilize the engine. Like a burglar alarm, when power is disconnected, the engine immobilizer kicks on.

They're both sayin its on the other end. The system has made it so fuel isn't even entering pump.

So what your saying is, it will crank, but no fuel is being delivered? First check fuses and relays.Check your owners manual. There is a fuel pump shut off switch. You have to do some steps in order for the car to run again. Look under Fuel Pump Shut Off System. Is your security light flashing on your dash by chance? If it is, it's not recognizing your key. It also means that there is no fuel from the pump. Here is a site with some good info about how it works. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/es300-and-es330/660729-1995- es300-fuel-pump-only-powers-when-cranking-please-advise.html
