why dont my Mazada truck has no powder going down the road

I have a 1994 Mazda 4 cyl with 8 sparkplugs b 2300 it has no powder when going down the road. I have already changed the sparkplugs and wires I have done a compression test on it and the compression is 140 per cyl sometimes when going down the road it will do 55 and them it will bog down and it will run 25 to35 and when it bogs down it has no miss are anything it will just bog down like it smothers down.  please tell me what else I can do to get more powder

possible plugged cat converter, try removing the upstream o2 sensor and see if it runs better, if so you will need to replace the cat.
