Coolant Recovery Tank

I have Mazda 2003 model  323 when start the
engine or drive 5 minutes then in side the Coolant
Recovery Tank water is look like boiling water my
question why so early like that

If you are not having an overheating problem, then probably it is just the expansion of the coolant from the radiator getting pushed to the over flow tank, recovery tank. It just may look like it is boiling.
