Dealer charges me for unnecessary coating

I booked new car from dealer he convinced me to
do coating and antitrust treatment which I found
later is not necessary but now he said he has done
it and I have to pay can I take any action against
him.

He convinced you and now you are stuck. Buy it elsewhere as those gimmicks are only intended to make the car dealer more money.

You agreed and now want to back out? If you signed the paper work you are stuck paying for that junk.
