Hello,

I would like to ask why is it the EPC sign in the dashboard is flashing?

Lately I notice that my lupo is not driving smoothly

You have an issue somewhere. This light can be triggered by a lot of thing so you should have the trouble codes checked. That should indicate exactly what is wrong.
