Hello, I have a 3rd Generation F body style 1985
Chevrolet Camaro Z28. Original motor Chevrolet
small block 305 5.0L V8. Automatic 700R4
transmission. I'm planning 2 upgrade my car from
305 to Chevrolet small block 350 5.7L V8. My
question is: Will a 700R4 transmission be
compatible with the 350?

Everything will be compatible. On the outside they are the same motor

Yes the 305 & 350 have the same bolt patterns . everything is interchangeable except pistons
