Kill switch RAV4 LE 2019+

Asked by Emil Feb 09, 2023 at 09:27 AM about the 2022 Toyota RAV4 LE FWD

Question type: Car Customization

Can someone send me info which wire i have to cut for a kill-switch? I know
that this is sensitive information, so you may wanna send it to me in private (
zemontic@gmail.com ).
The fuel pump has too many wires and i don't wanna mess with the computer. I
have the LE model with a key, instead of a start button.

I'd suggest removing the fuel pump relay when you park it. That way if a thief gets past the factory security system the engine will only run for about 30 seconds then it'll quit and refuse to restart. I have a vehicle that I don't use much and that's what I do. Plus with a new vehicle like this you don't want to void the warranty. If that suggestion won't work for you then talk to your local Toyota Dealer since this is a new vehicle. Hope that helps! Jim
