Does it only happen with A/C or heat also? Does it "get faster" when you turn the fan up? If it happens with both, and gets faster(higher pitch) its your fan (Blower) motor

If it only happens with A/C does it get faster(higher pitch) as the fan is turned higher? Does the A/C work?

I just had the blower motor and Resistor replaced, the problem is when I turn on the air I get this weird wining noise when you go through the gears. But when it is off or you have the heat on ,there is no noise. What can it be?

It happens only on A.c.. And when I turn the fan on higher it doesn't make a difference.

Have you tried opening the hood with the engine running and the A/C on?See if you can hear where the noise is coming from.If nessacery rev the engine Or does the noise sound like its in the interior
